Delivery policy is subject to availability and receipt of payment.
We deliver with our selected courier, unless an alternate arrangement is made directly with Toffee Clothing. A fee of R130 per delivery is charged within South Africa. On large orders, this fee may vary. Delivery were possible, will be made within a minimum of 7 working days, after payment is received. We will endeavor to deliver sooner, however weekends and public holiday may determine the delivery times. Due to a third party being used, delivery cannot be guaranteed within that period.
An order is considered complete, once it is handed to an individual and signed for at the specified address.
In the event of goods lost in transit, Toffee Clothing has the option to either replace the missing goods or refund the customer.
Shipping fees are not refundable on a cancelled order.
Once an order has been dispatched should the order be cancelled, the shipping fee will not be refundable. Should a return shipping fee be charged by the courier company, an additional shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
All orders will be delivered to South African street addresses only.
The delivery fee is not applicable if the purchaser collects the item from Toffee Clothing
Promotions will not be applicable on items that are on sale.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Should the item purchased not be the correct size, it may be returned subject to the following:
- The client must contact our offices on email@example.com
- All exchanges and refunds will only be accepted, for whatever reason, if returned within 7 days of the date of receipt.
- In its original condition with sale tags attached
- The original purchase slip and proof of payment must accompany the returned item.
- Claims of defect in goods, unless clearly visible, will be subject to investigation prior to the provision remedy.
- No option of a refund/exchange if goods have been misused, or damaged or torn.
- For hygiene reasons no refund will be accepted for earrings or swim wear.
The provision of goods by Toffee Clothing is subject to availability. In the case of unavailability, Toffee will refund the client in full with in 30days.
Goods MUST BE returned with in 7 days if you are unhappy with your purchase. The first exchange on an order is at no cost to the customer. Shipping costs for any additional changes thereafter, is for the customers account. The exchanged goods will be sent once payment for shipping is received.
If the customer is not satisfied with the cost of shipping, the customer will be refunded for the garment in question once the garment has been returned to Toffee, ensuring that the following is adhered to.
Good submitted for return/exchange will only be accepted if:
To exchange for return your item:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what the problem is and which item you are returning
- Quote the invoice no and your name as a reference
- We will email a confirmation of a pick up by the assigned courier company
- We will issue a refund or exchange once the item has been received.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will confirm via email to notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Sale products are not eligible for a return or refund.
Toffee clothing reserves the right to cancel or refuse to fulfil any order it suspects of being fraudulent.
